In the coming weeks, we will be replacing the clearance signs at the entry to the parking garage and visitor lot and the exit to the visitor lot. The new signs will have more contrast and directional guidance. Here's a sneak peek of what's to come.
After 26 years in service, Cousins will be modernizing all of the elevators. Modernization entails mechanical replacements as well as some cosmetic updates to the cabs. The project is anticipated to start in the 4th quarter of 2025 and be substantially complete in the 4th quarter of 2026. Modernization of the elevators will improve reliability and ride quality and more efficient control systems will result in reduced energy costs.
Starting in the 4th quarter of 2025, the 26-year-old water-cooled centrifugal chillers will be coming out and new magnetic bearing centrifugal chillers will be going in. The newer technology will ensure greater reliability and improve efficiency, which will result in reduced energy and maintenance costs. The project is anticipated to be substantially complete in the 1st quarter of 2026.
